This is just a tiny bit of ridiculousness that I enjoy. There was a time early in the pandemic where I read it every day for two weeks straight just because it made me feel better. That, and Shen Wei is tied with Lan Wangji for most adorable drunk ever (that fic is also in the rec queue and will show up at some point). There's also some genuine character insight, which you don't usually get with humor fic. And Shen Wei really does deserve more hugs.

Hmm. That is a drawback to carrying Zhao Yunlan that he hadn't foreseen. Zhao Yunlan gives the best hugs that Shen Wei has ever had.
"That would be more flattering if I thought you'd been hugged enough in your life before meeting me, but I'll take it," Zhao Yunlan says.
