Oh, Ianto. Up until now, you were the sensible one.
Poor Ianto. He was so deeply in denial about Lisa that he was never going to be able to admit that the Lisa he knew was gone no matter what she did.
It was interesting to explore this aspect of the Cybermen. We never had confirmation in the original Doctor Who that there were women inside the Cyberman armor too. It was also interesting (and tragic) to see the havoc that a partial conversion could wreak on a person's life. Even if she had retained her personality, I don't think she could ever have had a meaningful life again.
The Torchwood bunch aren't much for following Jack's orders in a crisis, are they? I know none of them are military or anything, but maybe they could wait until their lives aren't in immediate danger before they initiate a group discussion of Jack's every decision. And Jack is a monster because he has the stones to make the kinds of life and death decisions they can't? Reminds me of another Jack--Jack O'Neill. His team gave him crap about his decisions all the time too, but at least they were alive to do so thanks to him. And it seems like the Torchwood bunch spend more time pointing guns at each other than at invading aliens. Interoffice politics must really suck.
Owen continues to be a pig. When he hid from the Cyberwoman in a morgue drawer with Gwen, he still managed to grab an opportunity to snog her while she couldn't escape without running straight into the arms of said Cyberwoman. I hope Gwen decked him after the emergency was over.
I wish I knew something about graphics. I'd like to have a little thermometer or bar or something to measure my increasing Owen hate.
