I subscribe to Barnes & Noble's Nook Daily Find newsletter. February 29th's email contained this gem in the description of Keep Quiet by Lisa Scottoline: "It’s an emotionally gripping story about how far you can, and should go to protect those you love from bestselling author Lisa Scottoline."

Are we supposed to be protecting our loved ones from Lisa Scottoline's books, or from Lisa Scottoline herself?

Ahahahaha. That's awesome. My favorite slip like that was a newspaper ad a few years back when a new store was opening at the mall - the announcement said: "Addition Elle is a new store for plus size women from Quebec" I live in BC, not enough Quebec folks here, plus size or otherwise, to justify a whole store for them. ;)

Also...Hi! I haven't even popped in here in weeks. Hope everything's cool in your corner of the world. Done any more needlework lately?

I'm still cross stitching, but my two projects in progress are kind of big, so I haven't finished anything since the tribal dragon.

I really needed a break from that one after working on it for so long, so about a month ago I started cross stitching the NERV logo from Neon Genesis Evangelion. I'll finish something one of these days. Or possibly start yet another thing instead.
