Or at least that's what I've been calling it in my head. Look at this adorable grumpy face:

Pattern by Shylah Addante (a.k.a. Books and Hooks) on Craftsy.

Yes, another chibi. I can't help it; they're cute.

And I finally figured out why all my pictures have suddenly been looking so green lately. The tree outside my apartment got off to a late start this spring but has finally filled in, and it fills the entire field of view of my windows. All the light coming in is now being filtered through the leaves.

I know, right? And when I went back to her Craftsy store to copy the links over, I discovered she'd just uploaded a Bobby Singer pattern. I already have about a dozen of her patterns. At this rate, I'm going to be making her stuff for years.

So now that you're going to have an army of these chiibis when you're done - what are you doing with all of them?

People keep asking me that. Right now, most of them are in a box in my closet. Some I give away as presents. Framing is really expensive, and honestly I like making the things more than I like having them once they're made. Eventually, I expect there will be a collection of them on the giant blank wall in my living room, but I'm not feeling any urgency to put them up.

Well hey, if any of them need a home, you know where to find me! I have a set of chibi drawings on the wall in my office from MediaWest a long time ago (Pros, Starsky and Hutch and Sentinel).

Awwww! He's so cute and so grumpy about being cute. It's adorable!

Did I tell you that [livejournal.com profile] awfulhorrid and I were lured into Arrow from the crossovers from The Flash? We're only seven episodes into season one, but I'm enjoying it so far.

You did not tell me that. I started watching from the pilot, and I got your sister into it by telling her John Barrowman was in it.

It gets better. I actually thought the first half of season 1 was kind of dull, but it does improve markedly.

I get the impression that they're still working out personalities and motivations and everything. I was very glad when Ollie's family finally started to realize that, gee, maybe the guy who had been stuck on an island for five years would be a little different from who he was when he got on the ship for a three hour tour or the idealized version of him that they had been building up in their minds all this time.

I never much cared for Oliver's family, but I was very happy when some allies finally joined Team Arrow.
