Pattern by XStitchMyHeart. I would normally link to the pattern, but I got it from her Etsy store, which no longer exists.

I did manage to finish this during the season finale last week, but I wanted to wash it and press it and make it look nice for its final photo. However, my sink was full of dishes that I was deeply uninspired to wash, and then there was a burst pipe under my building that cut off my water for a day.

The original pattern includes the show’s name under the characters, but (a) stitching letters is one of my least favorite things to do, and (b) I think the characters are clearly identifiable without the label. I also shaved off one column from each side of Katrina’s skirt because she just didn’t look right to me.

That is so cool! And you can definitely tell who's who. I love the horseman!

Thanks! The Horseman and Ichabod were the ones I really wanted to stitch. I liked their character designs. Sadly, the details in Ichabod's coat just haven't been showing up very well in my pictures.

You are finishing projects right and left! And this one is terrific too!

So here's my follow-up question. What do you do with them once you have finished them? Do you frame them and hang them on the wall? Put them on the front of pillows? Sew them all together and make quilt?

Enquiring minds want to know!

I'm not talented enough to do anything other than pass them off to a framer. Eventually they'll all be framed and hung together on the huge blank wall area over my couch, but for right now they're in a storage box in my closet. Some of them (like chibi Sam Winchester) can't be framed until I finish something else (like chibi Dean Winchester) because I want them framed identically.

It was easier when I was still living at home. My mom would practically take finished pieces out of my hands and get them framed immediately. She still has most of my older stuff, which was not fannish because the Internet didn't exist yet, hanging in her house.
