We had quite a front move through here yesterday. The huge change in temperature was accompanied by high winds that knocked out the power to my workplace for about an hour. All day long the National Weather Service was all "Aaaaahh! The worst thunderstorms ever are coming! Aaaaahhh!" We were supposed to get wind gusts up to 80-90 mph. We were supposed to get large hail. We were supposed to get tornadoes. What did we get? Not a freakin' thing. I'd been looking forward to it all day, too. Can you sue the National Weather Service for breach of promise? 'Cause I think somebody owes me a thunderstorm.
