Teen Wolf Ep: Fireflies

Well, I just got a whole lot more interested in this season.

So, I guess I just got my proof that I'm not really into the alpha pack storyline. Tonight's alpha packless episode was my favorite so far this season. I'm much more interested in the human sacrifice storyline, although I'm pretty much already putting my money on Peter Hale for that one.

But guess what? Someone (if it isn't Peter) is sacrificing human virgins and isn't picky about gender. And who in the main cast is the only remaining human virgin? Yup! I smell VirginSacrifice!Stiles!

It also amuses me that Mrs. McCall calls Stiles first when she sees suspicious wounds on bodies at the hospital. Maybe Scott had his phone turned off.

But every episode has to have something ridiculous in it. In this case, I pick Beacon Hills n00b Chris Argent explaining to Scott that California fireflies don't glow. I know Scott isn't always the brightest star in the sky, but shouldn't he be the one walking around the woods wondering why he's suddenly seeing glowing fireflies when he never has before?

Yes I believe we will see a VirginSacrifice!Stiles! moment. However I don't think it might be Peter. To easy. As far as we know they stile haven't heard if they found Ye Olde Grandpa Argent.

Sadly I think we might have seen Derek's new love intrest. Why else would we show that scene.

YEs I think I am going to like this story line better then the Alpha pack.

It could totally be Gerard, or maybe one of the alphas, or even someone from Deaton's past. I'm giving the edge to Peter right now because he's the only character we've seen who's able to cause hallucinations in others, and he's also the only character we've seen directly in control of Lydia. Of course, even if it is Peter, that doesn't mean he's working alone.

Just finished re-watching spn 5x22. gods the feels!

Anyway. I love the new, mature Derek. Even though he contemplated killing Boyd and Cora, he did the noble thing, and everyone was okay in the end. Plus Scott listened to him! Mostly. :P

And even tho' sterek is my otp 5ever, I think (if this is what's happening) that Derek's relationship with the teacher could turn out to be really adorable. :)

I love Sterek fic, but I honestly can't see the slashy vibes between them on the show itself. Either of them getting a girlfriend wouldn't throw me at all.

I just feel bad for poor Stiles. An attractive girl he likes finally makes a move on him, but (a) she told her friend flat out she was looking to have meaningless sex just so she wouldn't be a 17-year-old virgin, and (b) she dies. If she hadn't died and there had been sex, Stiles would have been crushed to find out she wasn't interested in him and was just using him.

I get what you mean. Stiles and Derek are great together on-screen, but they don't have the same chemistry that prompts people to ship ships like, wincest, or destiel, for example. ;)
