Well, that was kind of a letdown, although I suppose anything would be after the epic awesomeness of last week's ep.

Steve was a bad boyfriend this week. Shame on him for ditching Danny for the first hot stud who came along, then inviting the guy to join the task force. Seriously, where did Danny disappear to for the last third of the ep?

Steve never wore any kind of shirt to swim in during the winter months, but he does now? Anybody else get the idea that the make-up department saw the new tattoo and said "Oh, hell no"?

I loved that Danny's only objection to Steve driving through Cannon's gate with Danny's car was that Danny hadn't put his seat belt on yet.

Counting down the days until episode 23...

LOL...to all of this. I can just imagine Alex strolling into makeup and them just handing him the shirt and walking away.

I think we got too much good stuff last week...had to have an iffy one to follow it. I'm hopeful the next ones will be back to awesome. =)

I was wondering about the shirt and also why he had his phone in his swimsuit pocket. Maybe he put on clothes after he got out of the water? (Yeah, I can't really imagine Steve voluntarily putting on a shirt to enter his own house either.)

I feel so sorry for Danny's car. He's got to be putting some mechanic's kid through college.

Someone who knows more about these things than I says that the shirt was a rash guard. It was definitely wet, so he was out in the water in it. I suppose he could have been surfing (that's what rash guards are generally for), but it would have been hard to pop up on the board with one arm in a cast.

Yeah, I'm just going to stand by my theory that the make-up department couldn't face dealing with the new tattoo.

Surfing with a cast on one arm sounds like a Bad Idea to me, too. It says something about the episode when the main thing we're talking about is Steve's shirt in one scene.

"Bad Idea" is Steve's middle name.

Yeah, there wasn't really much to talk about this week; the episode was kind of hijacked by the guest star. I'm trying not to repeat myself with complaints about stunt casting of singers who can't act. Although P. Diddy was nowhere near as bad as Nick Lachey.
