I'm a little more tolerant of Ruby, because she at least fits into the demon war arc and there's the big question of why she wants Sam to defeat Lilith (Is she really trying to save humanity, or will she trigger Sam's downfall? And what does she get out of it if Sam wins, anyway?).
Bela just kind of meanders through, makes the boys look stupid, and meanders out again. I would really like to see her get her comeuppance one of these days.
