I'm not liking Keller this season either. I thought she was great in last season's finale, but this season, she's spent way too much time flailing and "OMG"-ing during crises for me to buy her as a CMO.
John has come a long way since the Weir hug. His arms never left his side in that one. ;-) This time, he got his arms up, but I don't think he ever actually touched Teyla anywhere. His hands just sort of hovered over various areas of her back like he couldn't decide if/where to touch her. Hey, Rome wasn't built in a day. 8-)
Really, the best scene for me was John literally beating himself up over his perceived failures in his dream. John's head is a much more screwed up place than his laid-back façade leads one to believe.
