I'm curious too. Nathan never wanted to kill anyone, just detain them, so if Danko starts his own squad to assassinate specials, I can't see Nathan not trying to stop him, especially if Danko goes after Nathan's family. I could almost see having a common enemy in Danko being the thing that brings Peter and Nathan back together.
