I think somebody's a Stargate fan.
Connor made a MALP! The SGC would be so jealous of the size.
I would've been more worried about Nick and Stephen being trapped on the other side of the anomaly if the show hadn't already established that Helen's been popping in and out of them regularly for years. The plot should've played up thesandworms giant bugs angle more for suspense.
What the heck is Helen up to? Why would she tell Stephen that Oliver is working against Nick's team when Helen is the one behind Oliver? And why do they need to beat Nick's team to the anomalies? If all they want are specimens to examine, Sir James could just declare that a goal of the ARC and be done with it, no sneaking around required (not that Sir James knows what Oliver is up to, but I don't imagine he'd object much unless it wasn't in his budget).
And would everybody please stop ogling Jenny in that dress? She looked awful in it. It didn't flatter her figure at all.
Caroline was stomping around like a jilted girlfriend (which she was, but only Connor thought so), but really I expect she was just mad that her cover was gone. No more giant wads of cash from Oliver. And poor Rex. He and Caroline never did get along.
