I Need An Intervention

The season 3 premiere of Heroes was just shown at Comic Con and there are links to spoilers all over my flist. The sheer volume of them is wearing on my willpower. I need a pep talk. Somebody tell me how much more I'll enjoy the season premiere when I see it if I don't spoil myself to heck and gone in the next five minutes.
