If you post in Rich Text, use the list buttons in the toolbar above the "post an entry" box.
If you post in HTML, type the tags yourself:
<ul> <li>Item 1</li> <li>Item 2</li> <li>Item 3</li> </ul>
And for numbered lists:
<ol> <li>Item 1</li> <li>Item 2</li> <li>Item 3</li> </ol>
The tabs above the top right corner of the entry box let you switch between Rich Text and HTML.
