When he said, "jerk" I too was expecting to hear a "bitch" back.
Later when Danny said, "Shut-up." I was sort of hoping they'd start making out. This based on the recent SNL episode.
. If TPTB really do want Lori to be a love interest for Steve, maybe they should tell Steve that because he doesn't seem to have noticed yet.
Maybe they did and he wasn't paying attention and just heard the "ee" ending and just assumed they said Danny.
