I really liked the first few seasons of Buffy, but not to the fannish extent of joining forums or reading fic. I just liked the show.

Although I think I'm now coming to realize that what I liked most about Buffy were not the plots or characters, but the awesome dialogue. I'm a sucker for snappy dialogue, and none of Joss's shows since have had it, which means I'm left with just plot and characters that haven't really grabbed me as much as the dialogue did.
