Thunderboomers!

I finally got the severe thunderstorm I'd been promised. It was pretty good. I live in a poured concrete apartment building and I could feel the floor shake with some of the better thunderclaps. The lightning was pretty impressive, too. We even lost power for a brief time, which is practically unheard of around here because I'm on the same grid as the industrial park where my apartment complex is located. All those factories running 24/7 are priority customers for the power company.
